aEROSPACE WINDOW MECHANIC

We are looking for someone who is driven, a team player, and is consistent in delivering quality work for our Production Department. The Aerospace Window Mechanic will have at least 3 years of production experience (aerospace highly desired) to assist on the production floor, and experience overhauling incoming and outgoing orders. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, possesses a high level of integrity, and has an aptitude for quickly learning processes and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Frequent use of air tools such as buffers, sanders, impact wrenches, etc.

  • Ability to perform drilling, grinding, and finishing of metal parts

  • Daily use of a wide variety of measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, OHM meters, etc.

  • Maintain quality service by complying with internal and external policies and procedures

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping personal and shared workspaces tidy and free of debris

  • Good communication skills to accurately and effectively interface in a team-oriented work environment

  • Contribute to department and company goals by consistently achieving the organization’s needs

  • Ability to decipher complex technical data and drawings, and apply these concepts to work performed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong mechanical aptitude, organizational skills, and time management

  • Ability to use small hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, socket wrenches, etc.

  • Must have considerable attention to detail and constant focus on quality

  • Ability to read, write, and understand English

  • Minimum High School Diploma / GED

  • Previous aerospace experience or an A&P License is highly preferred but not required

  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs. on a regular basis.

  • Pre-employment drug screening required

  • Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident (current Green card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour


CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for someone who is driven, a team player, and is consistent in delivering quality in our Customer Service Department to manage assigned customer accounts . The Customer Account Representative will have at least 2 years of job costing or other analytical role experience in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, possesses a high level of integrity, and has an aptitude for quickly learning processes and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.

  • Generate and submit quotes to the customer based on shop findings, customer requirements, and company pricing policies.

  • Communicate inspection documents in customer-appropriate language.

  • Process approvals, verify customer pricing and delivery dates.

  • Interface as point of contact for the customer utilizing effective judgment to coordinate customer needs with other departments. Actively assist with resolutions by investigating problems, identifying possible solutions, and making recommendations.

  • Respond to RFQ (Request for Quotes) in a timely manner, developing new relationships with potential customers and/or maintaining established working relationships with current customers

  • Process a variety of documents (work orders, purchase orders, invoices) for data entry using an ERP System such as Pentagon 2000SQL software.

  • Generate reports on customer activities.

  • Develop sales proposals.

  • Identify equipment, labor, raw materials, purchased components, packaging, and other requirements needed to produce the product.

  • Analyze profitability on completed work orders and investigate compare/differences to quote.

  • Compute cost factors and prepare estimates for management use in planning, manpower availability, materials, equipment utilization, tooling needs and product cost.

  • Follow up with customers.

  • Develop new business by reaching out to potential customers to introduce our goods and services.

  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience within the field would be great, but not required

  • Excellent critical thinking skills

  • Have a people person personality

  • Be target driven and initiative-taking

  • Be able to actively foster long term customer relationships

  • Two-year post-secondary degree in business or another related field and/or combination of education and experience

  • 2 – 5 years of experience in job costing or other analytical role in a manufacturing environment, highly preferred.

  • Experience or aptitude in effectively communicating with customers

  • Read and understand the English language

  • Must have strong attention to detail

Manufacturing Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manufacturing Engineer will design, develop, and implement cost-effective solutions to improve the manufacturing processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or another related field.

  • 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a manufacturing environment.

  • Machining and/or Fabrication experience desired.

  • Proficiency in computer assisted design (CAD), preferably SolidWorks.

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement; Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.

Planning and Purchasing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Planning and Purchasing Manager will serve as Player / Coach of a team to communicate with all departments in the scheduling & status of all CMM and PATO Work Orders based on the availability of technical data (e.g. ECRA, BSR, SREDI, etc.), labor resources, and the needed supplies to maximize the output and Customer Satisfaction for PAT.

  • Overcome obstacles and bottlenecks.

  • Provide a clear forecast and prioritized capacity plan to the end-to-end execution teams and optimize the plan for availability, business growth and cost.

  • As applicable, Communica􀆟ng & Monitoring Customer specific instruc􀆟ons and alloca􀆟ons of supplies (e.g. CFM parts, Boeing Windows designated to dis􀆟nct work orders, etc.) to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

  • PURCHASING ROLE - Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

  • Lead and mentor purchasing staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Place purchase orders in the ERP system and correct Purchase Price Variances (PPV) for Accts Payable when necessary.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and product development, to coordinate procurement activities.

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.

  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms and pricing for goods and services.

  • Evaluate supplier performance and establish strong relationships to ensure reliability and quality of supply.

  • Analyze purchasing data and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.

  • This position requires stamina and grit; effective time management skills are very important.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Develop technical insights into the product, customer value, and margin drivers to make well balanced data driven decisions for the business.

  • Drive continued process efficiencies and tooling improvements.

  • Must have an eye for detail and possess excellent communications, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Recruit and train new staff.

  • Provide daily, weekly, or monthly report(s) as required.

  • Assist customer service with exchange op􀆟ons, if required.

  • Act as a backup for both Warranty handling and RMA handling.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of work experience in a manufacturing or MRO industrial services environment

  • ERP knowledge and experience.

  • Solid understanding of processes and GAAP accounting practices.

  • Prior experience in Planning, Production, Purchasing and/or Customer Service

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry software, preferably use of ERP software such as Pentagon.

  • Must understand, speak, read, and write English (FAA Requirement)

  • Pre-employment drug screening required.
